Installation and care instructions

Installation by professional installers is highly recommended!
Do not treat kitchen tap with aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents!
If the water pressure seems too low, remove and clean the aerator!
A dirt filter is recommended to be built-in between corner valve and connection pipe in order to protect the tap from dirt and damages

1. Shipping and Delivery

Our products are shipped by DHL within Germany and to the countries of the European Union. The product will be delivered without appointment after receipt of payment or via cash on delivery (only in Germany). Delivery is made to the mailbox; no appliance connection. If the delivery cannot be made, the product will be stored for you to pick up at the nearest DHL office. The maximum weight per shipment is 31.5 kg. If your order exceeds this weight, we will divide your order into more shipments. This does not involve any extra costs for you.
