4. Payment upon pick-up
Of
course you can also pay for the merchandise in cash upon pick-up.
Please call us in advance, so that we can prepare your order and
invoice. Naturally, there are no shipping costs with this payment
option.
5. Payment upon delivery (only in Germany)
At
BIELMEIER, we also offer the option to pay on delivery. If you choose
this payment option, you pay the amount that you owe in cash to the
delivery person upon delivery of the product.
Our
products are shipped by DHL within Germany and to the countries of the
European Union. The product will be delivered without appointment after
receipt of payment or via cash on delivery (only in Germany). Delivery
is made to the mailbox; no appliance connection. If the delivery cannot
be made, the product will be stored for you to pick up at the nearest
DHL office. The maximum weight per shipment is 31.5 kg. If your order
exceeds this weight, we will divide your order into more shipments. This
does not involve any extra costs for you.
Upon
receiving the shipment, please check the product to make sure it
corresponds with your order. In the event of a discrepancy, please
notify us immediately via email or phone.
Germany:
Consignment: 4.95 EUR shipping costs
Cash
on delivery: 4.95 EUR shipping + 6.00 EUR cash-on-delivery fee. In
