Revocation Right
You may revoke your contractual agreement without having to provide any reason for doing so within 14 days in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or – if you received the item before the expiration of the period of revocation – by returning the item. The period for revocation begins upon receipt of this notice in text form, however, not prior to the delivery of the good to the consignee (in the case of recurring deliveries of the same type of goods, not before receiving the first partial delivery) and not before we have met our information duties as defined in art. 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 sec. 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code), as well as our duties pursuant to § 312e sec. 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with art. 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation or goods in time. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of Revocation
In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits (e.g. interests) that may have been accrued shall be released. If you cannot return the received services to us, or if you can return the services only in part or in deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us accordingly. This does not apply if the relevant impairment of the goods is due to the simple trial use of the product, which the customer would have reasonably been able to conduct in a store. For other cases, you can avoid any duty to provide compensation for deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use by not using the goods as your own property and refraining from all actions that may affect their value. Items suitable for delivery by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You must pay for the return postage costs yourself if the received goods correspond to what you ordered and if the price of the goods does not exceed 40 Euro, or in the case of a higher price of the goods, if you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment at the time of revocation as agreed upon by contract. In all other cases, return delivery is free of charge for you. Items not able to be sent in a package will be picked up. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. For you, this period begins upon dispatch of your statement of revocation or of the goods; for us, it begins upon receipt of either the statement or the goods.

General Remarks
- Please avoid damaging or dirtying the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you do not have the original packaging any more, please use appropriate packaging for sufficient protection from transportation damage.
- Please do not return the goods unstamped.

We would like to reiterate that requesting a Freeway Ticket is not a requirement for returning the goods and for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
