A nationwide network of AEG service centres is available for the repair of AEG large household appliances. When you call the service number, you will be connected to the nearest AEG service centre.
 

 
AEG small appliance service

If, contrary to expectations, your small AEG appliance does not work properly, please contact AEG customer service. Returning the device can often be avoided through technical support. We are happy to advise you at:

In order to ensure a fast and efficient repair of your AEG appliance, the repair will take place at a central service point. In this way, AEG guarantees a top-quality, economical repair.
 
For this reason, in the event of a repair, we ask you to send the appliance exclusively to the AEG-Electrolux central service point. We use environmentally friendly repair techniques and guarantee the proper disposal of any damaged spare parts.
 
Note: Particularly with our fully automatic coffee makers, we recommend that you contact the AEG customer service prior to sending the device in. If the Cafamosa 220 – 360 or Cafe Perfetto models must be sent in, the drip tray and the bean container do not have to be sent in. Please note that potential transportation damage to these parts can be exempted from warranty claims.
