1. Shipping and Delivery

Our products are shipped by DHL within Germany and to the countries of the European Union. The product will be delivered without appointment after receipt of payment or via cash on delivery (only in Germany). Delivery is made to the mailbox; no appliance connection. If the delivery cannot be made, the product will be stored for you to pick up at the nearest DHL office. The maximum weight per shipment is 31.5 kg. If your order exceeds this weight, we will divide your order into more shipments. This does not involve any extra costs for you.

 
2. Accepting Delivery

Upon receiving the shipment, please check the product to make sure it corresponds with your order. In the event of a discrepancy, please notify us immediately via email or phone.

 
3. Shipping Costs

• Germany:
  Consignment: 4.95 EUR shipping costs
  Cash on delivery: 4.95 EUR shipping + 6.00 EUR cash-on-delivery fee. In addition, a 2.00 EUR transfer fee applies, which the delivery person will charge.
  FRANKE extractor hoods and ELICA extractor hoods: 24.95 EUR shipping costs. Germany shipping only.
   
• EU Member States:
  Pre-payment only: 14.95 EUR shipping costs.
  FRANKE extractor hoods and ELICA extractor hoods: 49.95 EUR shipping costs.
   
• Austria:
  Pre-payment only: 8.95 EUR shipping costs.
