Our products are shipped by DHL within the Germany, to the countries of the European Union and Switzerland. If the products could not be delivered, they will be stored at the nearest DHL office, where you can pick them up. The maximum weight per shipment is 31 kg.
If your order exceeds this 31 kg or if you ordered a sensitive article, it will be delivered by a forwarding agency.
2. Shipping times
Within the Germany, shipping takes between 3 and 6 days. In the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, shipping takes between 7 and 14 days.
Delivery to countries outside of Europe, could last till 14 work days.
3. Accepting delivery
Upon receiving the shipment, please check the product to make sure it corresponds with your order. In the event of a discrepancy, please notify us immediately via email or phone.

Possible additional costs:
- Please note that delivery to non-EU countries and to other continents may incur additional costs which have to be paid by the customer. Such additional costs are for example money transfer fees, foreign currency exchange fees, taxes or import duties, etc.
Bielmeier Hausgeräte GmbH is excluded of all costs and all costs are carried by buyers.
- The products are delivered at place (DAP). That means, the seller is responsible for arranging carriage and for delivering the goods, ready for unloading from the arriving conveyance, at the named place. E.g. the buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.
- The import duties may vary. Please contact the customs authorities for further details. The charge level is variable and you can inform yourself by custom authorities.
5. Shipment tracking
After shipping the goods you will receive a DHL shipment tracking number by email, which allows you to track the shipping status of your package here.
6. Delivery by carrier
Delivery by carrier “pavement edge”
Please note this information when ordering:
The goods are delivered by the forwarding to “pavement edge / only to your door”. Unfortunately delivery to the living area can not be done by the delivery service.
Therefore we do not offer installation, mounting of the supplied equipment or disposal of your old appliance. In an exchange or a complaint, it requires
an extra agreement with the delivery service for goods taken back.
As soon as possible you will get a tracking number with which you can see the shipping.
Approximately 24 hours before the shipping company contact you to fix a time for delivery.
Please immediately check all the goods after the reception. In the case of damage please immediately inform the driver about that.
